The physics of feeling.
Danush Jeyashankar is a cinematographer based between London, Kuwait and India — a graduate of MetFilm School London with an MA in Cinematography.
He has lensed commercial work across Kuwait, India and London, and independent films and music videos in London and Norway — range that has taught him to read a set quickly and shape light to intent.
A B.Tech in Engineering Physics from NIT Calicut underpins the craft — a working command of light and optics, put in service of feeling. The mediums keep changing; the commitment to story does not.
Director of photography for shorts and features — thrillers, dramas and humane films.
Cinematography for brands and businesses — manufacturing, product and culture films.
Street, travel and portrait work — a cinematographer's sensibility in a single frame.
Generative product visuals, ad content and motion for brands — built with a cinematographer's touch.
Everything changes,
so must the way we see.
New tools keep arriving — none replaces the eye; each widens what it can do. Change is the one constant, and adapting to it is how we move from survive to thrive.
